Not just a quality management system for the food industry as the important things, ISO 22000 which incorporate with Hazard Analysis Control Point (HACCP) and other preventive plans also need to be a apply soon to ensure food safety. In Indonesian cases, especially in meet food catering such as rendang has some problem such as variety of diseases and contamination of food products of animal origin. It can cause anxiety societies that exist throughout the world, which consequently affect the attitude of consumers. Therefore, consumers are becoming more curious information about the source of the products they consume. This quirosity become pressure from consumers to produsen. As we know many changes that occur in the production of food, in terms of both quality and safety. The objective of this study to determine food safety practice and procedures related to the food safety management system in Rendang. The data were obtained use survey method to 5 catering/restaurant at Bintaro Jakarta area. The result shows that not all producers following hygene requirement such as ingredient, meat process and stora.

Cultural tourism activity could be one of the educational choices to reach emotional well-being. In the point of consumers’ view, one of the emotional well-being is having a sense of nation of ones country. It is similar with nasionalism sense. By having experience in a certain local tourism, watching traditional dance performances or informing and tasting a wide range of traditional food, people is going to be more familiar with their own culture, more fond of their own culture, and more proud of their own culture. This research aimed to analyze the respondents’ nasionalism sense after having cultural tourism activity by visiting Tekstil Jakarta Museum and Rumah Budaya Nusantara Puspo Budoyo (RBNPB) in Tangerang Selatan. The respondents are 74 of the new students’ parent of Trisakti School of Tourism who are traveling together to visit Tekstil Jakarta Museum and RBNPB. The study made use of descriptive research design. The sample are choosen by simple random sampling. The data are collected by distributing questionaires. The analysis includes validity and reliability, frequency, and descriptive. The study found that after having tourism services by visiting Tekstil Jakarta museum and RBNPB, the respondents were more familiar with their own culture, more fond of their own culture, and more proud of their own culture.

Many villages in Indonesia are visited by both local and foreign tourists, one of which is the village Petak, Pacet. This is a challenge for the local community, government officials and even the intellectuals. The use of the term “homestay” might be different in different countries. In attracting tourists, preparations in all areas are needed, one of which is to provide homestays. The objectives of the research are: The first one is how the homestay program is implemented in Petak Village, Pacet after being given both theoretical and practical subjects, and the second is the challenge in implementing a homestay program where the development of sustainable tourism as cultural social program is implemented in the community, the environment and the effects of the economic situation of the community, and the third is to change the way of thinking of rural communities, where houses can be used as a homestay which is different from boarding houses. The method of this study is a qualitative method, in which researchers attempted to describe the actual condition or state by collecting data and information in the field and explain in narrative form without test hypotheses or make predictions before, while the data collection techniques is using observation , interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are homestay program can be implemented in the village of Petak because most of the houses of the people have meet the homestay criteria based on cleanliness, comfort and security. This means that the culture of rural plots to preserve the cleanliness, comfort and safety has been running well.
